Baruch Performing Arts Center: Special Offers wifi

One of the cultural treasures of the Flatiron district, the Baruch Performing Arts Center (BPAC) encourages local businesses to become more involved in promoting its performances and the surrounding area, and invites neighborhood residents and office workers to enjoy the diverse selection of musical acts, plays, and modern dance shows held throughout the year, at discount prices.  Specific offers will vary depending on the performance.  For tickets, contact the box office at (646) 312-5073 or PerformingArtsCenter@baruch.cuny.edu.

For area businesses, BPAC is offering a special playbill advertising discount.  The playbill will help promote local restaurants, retailers, and other Flatiron destinations to BPAC's audience and the Baruch College community.  To advertise in the playbill, call Joan Weinberger at (212) 254-4627 or email joan.weinberger@baruch.cuny.edu.

Information about these special offers will also be updated on the BID's District Deals page throughout the performance season.

As summer comes to a close, the BID looks forward to a full line-up of events and activities this fall.

On October 3rd, the BID, in partnership with TD Bank, will feature a Speaker Series presentation with Deputy Inspector Ted Berntsen, the Commanding Officer of the 13th Precinct, who will discuss district safety and security.  And on October 17th, the BID will host its annual Celebrate Flatiron Partnerships event on the stunning rooftop at 230 Fifth Avenue.  This is the BID's largest community gathering, which has become a tradition that draws local business and property owners, residents, office employees, and government and non-profit partners alike.  The BID is also planning another business assistance forum in partnership with Baruch College.  And last, but not least, the BID has exciting plans for this year's holiday season on the Flatiron Public Plazas.

More information on these and other neighborhood events will be coming soon.  Please check the BID's events calendar on the website for additional details.
